Incident Summary:
We had partial outage of API services started from [10:03 PM UTC] and fixed on [10:35 PM UTC ]. This incident impacted:

• API endpoints under /api/v2/review/

During that period you might received error response with status code 500 from endpoints used to headless access to content cases and headless publishing of moderation decisions.

Ingestion of the new contents was not affected.

We apologize for the inconvenience.

Performances have been stable since the fix early in the morning
